I've posted some healthy dishes in my Examiner.com column today. The first is Baked Salmon with a Dill Chive Sauce. When I made this for dinner the other night, I couldn't get enough! Even the hubby who is not totally keen on seafood loved it.
I've made Panzanella in the past but not for quite awhile. I found out what I was missing yesterday when I whipped some up--refreshing flavor!!!
