Blue Cheese Potato Salad Recipe


This blue cheese potato salad is so yum! I made it last night with some killer ribs! For the ribs just get a rack of ribs and make the rub posted below to go on them and top with bottled bbq sauce. Yumza!




Rub
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 TBSP. paprika
1 TBSP. salt
1 1/2 TBSP. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne

Mix together and rub all over the ribs. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. (Make sure you place the wrapped ribs on a jelly roll pan or some sort of pans with sides in case it leaks.) Open foil and slather bottled bbq sauce over ribs. Wrap back up in foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 and a half hours. Open foil again and slather with more bbq sauce. Broil for 5 minutes.

People, these will fall of the bone! They are so good!
